Hi @Ashutosh Gairola ,
When a user is disabled in Azure AD or blocked, the user will continue to appear in Microsoft 365 applications. The account needs to be deleted in order for it to disappear from applications.
There is also a known issue that causes disabled users in Team's due to caching. If the user still shows, you can clear the Team's cache for the affected users (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams), and it should disappear.
In addition, you can remove the user from the Global Address List and from all security and distribution groups to ensure that there are no dependencies keeping the ghost account.
You can check the account's sign-in logs to verify whether the user has logged into Teams.
If these steps do not work, there is also a known issue that sometimes occurs when the user has a manager listed in Teams. If there is a manager listed, you may need to remove and re-add the manager in order for the user to disappear from the org chart.
