Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices >Mouse

You can toggle the settings under “Roll the mouse wheel to scroll” to “One screen at a time” or “Multiple lines at a time”.

If you have selected “One screen at a time” and you are running the New Edge, then

    Open Microsoft Edge.

In the address bar type edge://flags.

In the search box at the top, type Microsoft Edge scrolling personality.

From the drop down next to Microsoft Edge scrolling personality select “Disabled”

Once you change the status, on the bottom right corner you will see an option to “Restart” Microsoft Edge browser. Click on Restart button.

Microsoft Edge should restart and you should be able to use the scrolling option with one page at a time.

In the same screen, you may also check the flag “Smooth Scrolling” and Enable the flag.
