Hybrid Configuration Wizard - Script Error (MFA)

Question

In the Hybrid Configuration Wizard on the second page, I am struggling to log in to our online tenant. It is at the stage where it should pop up and ask me to enter e-mail address, password and confirm via MFA, but as soon as the window opens I get the following script error and don't even get to the stage where I enter e-mail address etc.

I am running the HCW on one of our mailbox servers (e2k13 running on 2012 R2) etc.

Any idea how to overcome that?

Run it from EAC on a workstation, not a server. You are seeing browser protection errors on the server.

This error message is caused by the settings on IE(It will block JScript or VB script by default), you cold follow this article to modify setting on IE, then rerun HCW.

You can also turn off "IE Enhanced Security Configuration":

Then change those settings to low:

In this way, IE will not block any request(It may make your server less secure)
