i used to have my account as ******@ef.com but now im using ******@ef.cn. currently i need an email to be sent to me but i didnt change the old email address so they have to send through the old one which i cant get any emails. how can i get that email from my old email account considering there is no way for me to tell them ive changed the email since who i talk to is a robort

From where are you expecting an email? Are you referring to your Microsoft account?
