This error is not much use - I have found you're able to get more details by going to the Deployments tab in Azure, clicking on the failed deployment, Related Events, Expand the Operation, find the one that failed and then, this is the important bit, look at the Json tab. I've found that there is usually more added to the message than is shown further up the chain.
The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

2025-01-29T15:23:17.3333333+00:00 Yet again, another Azure error that has no explanation. Having the same issue, which is disrupting my business. Microsoft really needs to get this entire system together. I'm getting incredibly annoyed with Azure.
I'm starting to understand why everyone is on Amazon infrastructure.
