Power Automate not sending complete files/sending them to additional sharepoints

Question

Hi there

I have a flow set up to send attachments to an email to a Sharepoint site. The reports in the emails are all correct, but only a fraction of the report content is making it to sharepoint as an excel (only 1/8th of the rows are flowing through!).

More worryingly, the email address which we're sending the reports to (though this is not marked in the Flow we have set up) seems to be sending the reports to an additional (separate) Sharepoint site and page - and we have no idea why this would be happening. The email address is used by multiple users, and one of the email addresses users set up the Sharepoint which the reports are being mistakenly sent to - so we wonder if this is related.

Everything in the Flow looks correct - so I'm wondering if this is some kind of user error/error with the App.
