Is there any way to find out Windows Update required for a Server in SCCM ?

Hi,

I am new to SCCM and was told to use it for Windows Update.

May I ask for a particular server, is it possible for me to see what patches are already installed, which patch is missing on a particular server ?

Besides, is it also possible to see whether patches have been downloaded to that Server ?

Thanks

    Hi @TonyJK ,

We could check the reports are listed under the Software Updates - A Compliance category.

Here is the article about the report:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/servers/manage/list-of-reports#software-updates---a-compliance

    For example:
Kindly input the update group and collection, click the tab of view report, we could see what patches are already installed, which patch is missing on a particular server.

Have you looked at the built-in reports for this?

    Hi TonyJK-1323,

Yes, We could check the deployment status from "Monitoring > Deployments". To review deployment details for each compliance state and the devices in that state, select a deployment, and then, on the Home tab, in the Deployment group, choose View Status to open the Deployment Status pane. Here is the article we could refer to:

Note: the above links are not from MS, and just for your reference.

Similar picture will be shown in the console:
