How to Fix DistributedCom 10000 issue in starting C:\Windows\system32\wbem\wmiprvse.exe -Embedding

Hi, would like ask how to find out what causing DCOM to throw error for over 3,409 events showing Unable to start a DCOM Server and what I need to check to fix it. Below is one of the event

3/25/2023 5:01:36AM -- 3/25/2023 9:11:30AM DistributedCOM EventID 10000

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {73E709EA-5D93-4B2E-BBB0-99B7938DA9E4}. The error:

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to DCOM error.

    Please find the entire id including the { } and Start a search from it in the registry. This will tell you what program is causing the problem.

    Go to Control Panel -> Open Component services from Administrative Tools and expand the tree to open DCOM Config.

    Please Check the properties of the program you have found in the registry. On the Identity tab check the 'launching user' apply and then check your event log.
