I did not specific any API in my question, but I got this error

    @Jennifer Tong I hope you already have a deployment of gpt-35-turbo model in your studio? If Yes, then to use the playground you can assign the role Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor to the user from Azure portal and logout from the studio and then login to check if the playground works as expected.

    To assign specific custom roles of OpenAI operations you should be able to lookup the actions by searching OpenAI on this page. I hope this helps!!

    Add "Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor" role to your login account should solve the issue!
