how to unblock site in Microsoft edge

Question

I have microsoft edge on my new dell Windows 11 computer. The hospital in my town has an online raffle to raise money. I can get on the hospital site but when it switches over to the site Ascend which takes the online payments it comes up blocked. I have tried resetting all the security to allow this site to open but it still comes up blocked. Any suggestions as to how to proceed?

Have you tried other browsers to see if it works? From the error message, it seems that you need to enable location services on your device.

Please check if you have enabled location services in Windows settings: Settings-> Privacy & security-> Location-> Location services-> On.

Please also check if you have enabled location in Edge settings: Go to edge://settings/content/location in Edge-> check if "Ask before accessing (recommended)" is turned on-> check if the site is in block sites list.
