Uploading and sharing videos in Stream

2020-10-06T15:10:26.593+00:00

Hello. I am using Stream through my school district's 365 account for all teachers and students. My students and I have a Stream account tied to our courses. I have students who are uploading video assignments into our class but I cannot see them. As we are working remotely, I do not know what to tell them to check. They have sent me screen shots, and the videos are in their Stream account and in our group. Other students in the same course are NOT having any problems.

Do you have any advice for me? I am not sure where to tell them to go, what "buttons" I should tell them to push, and so forth.

Any help would be appreciated.

Michael

    Hi,

Could you check permissions of the video ? you can share this link to your students to help : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-edit-video

Are you sure all people are in the good group ? no confuse about the name of the group ?

    Keep me informed
