mislocated my MOS for Outlook, need a copy of my certificate

My name is Tina Marie Mejia. I had earned my Outlook MOS through Long Beach City College. I have misplaced my certificate and need another copy. How do I go about doing so? My email is tinammejia@réalisations .com.
