NEED URGENT HELP ON MICROSOFT INTUNE & MICROSOFT Authentificator

Dear Microsoft team,

I'm writing you because I have a big issue with my professionnal account.

Indeed, I cannot access to it anymore. I really need your help URGENTLY.

The account ******@brasierbraser.com which is a professionnal account is inaccessible because I lost my phone with microsoft authentificator on it.

I don't have anything to get it back :
Neither the good phone number, neither access to my emails.

I have all the information you need to unlock it, the password of the mail, etc.

I'm the owner, and I need to unlock this urgently. Right now I'm missing all my meetings, and all my mails since two days.

Can you please update me and solve this situation ASAP, this is very urgent.

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

Also you can create an emergency access account in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.
