change profile picture

Hi All

i am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. we create users in onprem and migrate to online. for 2 users i have changed profile picture using the Set-UserPhoto syntax and the new photo got reflected in teams and when i search for the user in office 365 admin portal i can see the new photo is reflected. in delve page(myworkaccount.microsoft.com) user is seeing old photo, in excel, powerpoint app user is also seeing old photo. the photo is uploaded 10days back. both users are using outlook for mac. please guide me.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell ,

    Have you tried logging out and clearing your cache to see if anything changes?

    If that still doesn't work, it is recommended that you reset their photos in AzureAD and wait for some time to sync to see if anything changes.

    In addition, if we see from other users that the avatars of both users are already new, we cannot rule out whether it has not been updated due to network latency in the environment.
