Removing Title Line in Org Chart blocks

Hello! I need to create a pretty complex org chart and space is an issue. Our company does not use titles for anyone, therefore, I would like to remove the Title line in the org chart block for each person, so that their name is vertically centered. I can remove the world Title so nothing shows up, but then the name is not vertically centered. I tried removing all fields by using the Define Shape Data option but it didn't work as I still have a blank field under the Name field. Is there any way to remove that blank field? I believe I am using the Office 365 version of Visio on my desktop. Thanks!

Could you please tell us how did you create this Org Chart?

Please also show us with your organizational chart for details.

If you use the Organization Chart Wizard to create an organization chart automatically from employee data, please remove the Title field in Organization Chart Wizard settings.

• After the organization chart is completed, you can select the shapes that you need via choosing organization chart shapes > Org Chart tab > Shapes group > choose one shape.
• Besides, you can select the text box in organization chart shape, go to Developer tab > Shape Design groups > Protection > Click None to remove the protections. And then try to set Name vertically centered.
