Microsoft SQL Management Studio installation failed

I am trying to instal Microsoft SQL Management Studio 18.6 (newest one). The problem is that after double click on the SSMS-setup-EXE file, I am asked whether I allow installation program to make changes on my PC. I select "Yes", after that no respond from the installer at all. Windows 8, 64 bit.

    Hi @Лозовой Владимир Алексеевич ,

    According to MS document SSMS System Requirements, Windows 8(64 bit) is not in the supported OS list. Suggest you upgrade your windows version. Then install SSMS again.
