I was unable to attend the AZ-900 exam due bad internet connections , so can it be rescheduled ?

Hi , I booked the slot for AZ-900 EXAM on 9th December,2022 at 9:30 am . And started check-in at 9:00 am only . but due to not having good internet connection I was not able to go through the network check stage after the video ,audio check . i tried with different networks with different cellular networks , but was not able to clear network check
so I missed the exam . so can I attend the exam again ?
when I tried to book new slot its showing already booked so can you give clarity on whether I have to reschedule the exam or I can book the new slot
please let me know as soon as possible .
