im having a hard time with setting up my wallet to get paid

I tried to increase the server size for my MySQL server but it failed with a 500 internal server error.
Now my server is stuck in updating status, and I'm not able to make any changes.
It's still operational though, serving data and stuff.
Please help, how can i revert the change or update the status so i can update the settings again?

Iam sorry about the issue you are currently facing with MYSQL Server.

I've created a support ticket to resolve this issue yesterday.
It turns out that after the first failed updated, there was a second update that was successful.
But after the second update, there server status parameter didn't flip back to ready.
So it was stuck there for some time.Support team had to escalate this to the business team to update this value manually for us.
Seems more like an Azure bug, not something a user can resolve on his own.
And the only way to resolve it is to get the paid support plan to get an engineer to fix it for us. -

Turfday LLC 0 Reputation points2023-08-09T08:31:53.64+00:00 I have the same issue now ... "Azure MySQL Flexible server stuck at updating status." Looks like the bug was never fixed. Dont have a support plan. If this doesn't change ... I will have to delete the MYSQL server and start from scratch.
