When I request remote control in Microsoft Teams (Work or school) screen sharing session, I can control the mouse, but mouseclicks and keyboard are not working.
What can I do?
It has been asked repeatedly!

Had the same issue. What made it worse was that it locked up our server and we had to reboot it after hours.
We are now looking at alternative options like SplashTop.

What is your operating System? Windows or Mac?
Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
To exclude the client issue, it recommends you try to use Teams web client to see if it can be reproduced.
It has been a while, how is everything going?

I tried once again im teams app, and it worked this time. Could the issue be, that the program I was trying to control was run as an administrator?

Hi, i have the same issue with Teams and visual Studio 2022, i read about GPU problems but it no mather wich GPU i used the issue is on different PCs.

Had the same issue, after I did any operation like clicked somewhere on remote desktop.
Does anyone working in microsoft and focus on this issue?

I share the same experience. I am not always able to control the remote end.
But 70% of the times, the problem vanishes when the sharing side Teams restarted.
Maybe a network port problem.
My notebook is on Windows 10. So is the sharing side.
