See a list of users that are enabled for Audio Conferencing in Microsoft Teams

After you enable Microsoft Teams users in your organization for Audio Conferencing, you can view the list of those users who are enabled.

Note

We are frequently updating how you can manage features, so the steps here might be a little different from what you see.

Viewing a list of users

  • In the Microsoft Teams admin center, in the left navigation, select Users.

What else should I know?

  • When you view the list of users that are enabled, you can select a user from the list to edit the audio conferencing settings for that user.

  • When you select a single user, you can view the default phone number assigned to the user and any other relevant audio conferencing settings.

  • Use the search button to search for an individual user in the list.

Run a Self-diagnostics tool

Microsoft 365 admin users have access to diagnostics that can be run within the tenant to verify a user is able to create a PSTN conference call.

Note

This feature isn't available for Microsoft 365 Government, Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet, or Microsoft 365 Germany.

Select Run Tests, as follows to populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

The diagnostic performs a large range of verifications.

Want to know more about Windows PowerShell?

Windows PowerShell is all about managing users and what users are allowed or not allowed to do. With Windows PowerShell, you can manage Microsoft 365 or Office 365 by using a single point of administration that can simplify your daily work when you have multiple tasks to do.
