MSoffice 2019 - Microsoft Excel is not working.

Question

We have purchased MS office 2019 Professional through one of our supplier. This was purchased for one the control system project of ours supplied to IOCL.

for mapping the purchased MS Office to a email ID, one email ID was created "******@outlook.com".

Unfortunately, no body remembers the password and MSoffice Professional is not working and whe we try to open excel, its asking to activate. We are not able to login as we don't know the password.

How to reset the password or we we can activate the MS Office.
