Hello,
Starting today, the o3-mini API on Azure has stopped working. I have been using it for a month without any issues, and there have been no updates on my end. However, the model is no longer responding.
Additionally, when I test the model in OpenAI Foundry, I do not receive any response there either.
Could you please investigate this issue?

- Azure OpenAI services impose rate limits and quotas that could be leading to the timeout issue. If your request rate surpasses these limits, you might encounter a timeout response.

- You can check ongoing issue in azure status page Azure status and
- Please check other regions aside East US2 and Sweden Central. Product team is already working for a fix for these two regions. Could you share your region details too.

We're experiencing response times ranging from 10 to 30 minutes from the API. Something seems to be broken, and it needs your attention.
