Notification of termination of credits

I logged into the founder's hub today to be presented with the attached pop up - we've been monitoring this carefully in recent weeks and believed that all the necessary steps had been taken to secure the next (and final) tier or start-up credits.

Can any assistance be provided please on possible points of contact to engage with to discuss whether or not it is possible to unwind this? I am at a bit of a loss to understand why this has happened.

We had received a notification previously as follows "Your account will be automatically reviewed 45 days before your Azure benefits are set to expire. If you don't qualify for the next level, your Azure subscriptions will be automatically converted to pay-as-you-go."

All criteria were met.
