2FA Codes not showing up on new phone

Question

I got a new phone today and as i was logging into to all of my apps 2FA codes are needed, upon opening my authenticator app none of my codes are showing and none of them seem to be linked which is very strange. I now cant log into any of my accounts without the 2FA, all of my other accounts linked with google authenticator work fine likewise with passkeys on apple.

The procedure for changing phones involves having a backup of your authrnticator creds.
