My Question was deleted because it broke code of conduct?

I would like to understand why my previous question about MS Graph API Change Notifications not calling my notificationUrl on update/creations. I've read the code of conduct and am puzzled as to why my question was deleted. Please can someone assist, or at least inform me which rule I broke.
