How do I get a bing ketcode for speech recognition?

Bing speech service has already been depreciated on Jan 14, 2020. You can use Azure Speech Services instead for Speech recognition.

Sign in to the Azure Portal: If you don't have an Azure account, you can create one for free.

Create a Cognitive Services Resource:

Click on the "+ Create a resource" button.

Search for "Cognitive Services" and select it.

Click on "Create".

Configure the Cognitive Services Resource:

Fill in the necessary details, such as Subscription, Resource Group, and Region.

Under "API type", select "Speech".

Click on "Review + create" and then "Create".

Get the API Key:

Once the resource is created, go to the resource page.

Under the "Keys and Endpoint" section, you will find your API key.

I could not find the, Click on the "+ Create a resource", button.Search for "Cognitive Services" and select it.Click on "Create".

Log in to the Azure portal: Open your web browser, navigate to the Azure portal, and enter your login credentials if needed.

Create a new resource: Once you're logged in, locate the menu on the left side of the portal. Click on the "+ Create a resource" button at the top of this menu. If you don’t see it right away, click on the "Home" button in the top-left corner to refresh the main page and find the "+ Create a resource" button there.

Search for Cognitive Services: In the "New" page that appears, find the search bar at the top. Type "Cognitive Services" in the search bar and hit Enter.

Choose Cognitive Services: From the search results, select "Cognitive Services."

Initiate creation: On the Cognitive Services page, click the "Create" button to begin setting up your Cognitive Services resource.
