Hi Rok1330
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!
Bing speech service has already been depreciated on Jan 14, 2020. You can use Azure Speech Services instead for Speech recognition.
- Sign in to the Azure Portal: If you don't have an Azure account, you can create one for free.
- Create a Cognitive Services Resource:
- Click on the "+ Create a resource" button.
- Search for "Cognitive Services" and select it.
- Click on "Create".
- Configure the Cognitive Services Resource:
- Fill in the necessary details, such as Subscription, Resource Group, and Region.
- Under "API type", select "Speech".
- Click on "Review + create" and then "Create".
- Get the API Key:
- Once the resource is created, go to the resource page.
- Under the "Keys and Endpoint" section, you will find your API key.
