hi i need help with this error. When I'm playing games it would often crash within 5-15 minutes. Not just one game, most of them. I tried the fixes provided from the internet like the "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" prompt in cmd, updating windows & updating drivers. I have no idea how to fix it anymore. this is the full detail from event viewer Faulting application name: Idling to Rule the Gods.exe, version: 2022.3.23.46071, time stamp: 0x6603de38

    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here are some additional steps you can try:

    1. If you're using Windows 11 24H2, the Auto HDR feature can cause game crashes. Try disabling it:

    • Go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics. • Toggle Auto HDR to Off.

    1. If you're using platforms like Steam, verify the integrity of the game files. Corrupted files can lead to crashes.
    2. Right-click the game executable and select Run as Administrator. This can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.
    3. Look for error messages in the Event Viewer related to the game crashes. This might provide more information about the cause.
    4. Try to Perform a Clean Boot: This starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can help determine if a background service or program is causing the issue. Here's how to perform a clean boot.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
