Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have shared files on my company's one drive.

All my shared files are saved on a specific folder.

Suddenly the autosave stopped and when I turned on again it asked on which one drive to sync (Company & Personal), when I chosed the company's one drive, the file has been saved on the main one drive folder and stopped syncing on the original folder.

This has caused duplication in the files and wrong update from my team on a different file.

Please how can i fixed this

    Hi,

Did this problem appear in local PC or Online?

I suggest you try resyncing it, first you can unlink the account and re-link OneDrive:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/unlink-and-re-link-onedrive-3c4680bf-cc36-4204-9ca5-e7b24cdd23ea

After signing in account and check OneDrive settings: Right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray and select Settings. Go to the Account tab and ensure your company account is listed and active. In the Settings tab, make sure Start OneDrive automatically when I sign in to Windows is checked.

Then re-link the Folder: Open OneDrive and navigate to the folder where your files were originally saved. Right-click the folder and select Always keep on this device. Ensure the folder is syncing correctly.

Move Files Back to Original Folder: Move the files from the main OneDrive folder back to the original folder. Ensure that the files are syncing correctly by checking the sync status in the OneDrive app.

Enable AutoSave: Open a file from the original folder in an Office app. Toggle the AutoSave switch to On. Ensure it is saving to the correct OneDrive location.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
