I get an error in trying to create and endpoint in my Azure ML workspace

I am getting this error in trying to create an endpoint.

I am really new to this, this is my very first deployment. And I am a data scientist with littel IT experiencie.

Can you help me understand what do you mean by SKUs of compute and how can I ensure that my VM has what it needs.

And I can confirm that the VM is set to public.
