Subject: Request for Assistance with Azure Subscription Issue

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Azure subscription linked to the account [****@hotmail.com]**, which was disabled three months ago due to detected suspiciousl activity. It appears that my account may have been compromised and used for unauthorized Bitcoin mining activities, which I do not engage in.

Despite my attempts to resolve this issue by opening two support tickets, I was informed that my subscription cannot be reactivated. I have since changed my password and enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on my account to enhance security. Alternatively, I have created a new account and would like to obtain a free Azure subscription there as well.

As a Microsoft trainer, maintaining an active subscription is crucial for my work. I kindly ask for your understanding and support in addressing this matter. Please consider my situation and provide any possible solutions at your earliest convenience. I appreciate your attention to my case and look forward to your response.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards, Binitha Nair
