Microsoft for Startups Founders billing issues

We used our credits.

I've requested more credits several times.

I've completed the checklist items.

I've received emails stating I've been given more credits, but no credits have shown up in my founders hub.

All support/contact-us links take me to dead-ends. This is the last place with any hope.

To my dismay, Microsoft/Azure apparently keeps chugging and runs up bills when credits are exhausted, with no alerts whatsoever (not arguing the legality; I have little doubt you could produce some kind of authorization me or my co-founder consented to).

My bank considered it fradulent when the charge was attempted; declined.

My Azure account is in arrears threatened to be suspended. Unless remedied by Microsoft, I'll be more than happy to sever this relationship and move onto the next provider...
