unable to complete "configuration" for Sendgrid service
Have provisioned a Sendgrid account through Azure on a Essentials 50K plan, and all is working fine (integration all working, sender auth configured etc..).
However, I'm seeing the following message on the portal:
"Configure your SaaS account on the publisher's website to complete the purchase. Billing will start after your account is configured. If no action is taken within 30 days from the initial subscription, this SaaS subscription will be automatically deleted."
I can see no missing configuration and/or other steps I can take on the Sendgrid side in order to resolve this. Having contacted Sendgrid support they aren't too interested (and are throwing it back to Microsoft - but of course there are no options to raise a support ticket for Sendgrid as it doesn't fit any of the service options).
Interested if anyone has any ideas as to what the missing "configuration" might be. I'm keen not to lose this resource as there are a lot of domain auths setup which I could do without having to recreate on a new instance.
