My azure subscription billed my account for power platform environments that don't exist in my tenant

(I originally posted this question at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/my-azure-subscription-billed-my-account-for-power/a9c5ebdb-8694-4dc0-9f24-1b15cd3b66c6?rtAction=1739484438949 and they suggested I ask the question here)

My “Microsoft Partner Network subscription” associated with power platform environments invoiced $1,824.67 this week for charges from last month most of which are for environments that don’t exist in my tenant. (Invoice E0700VGEWF.)

I had been watching my dataverse capacity closely and there wasn’t anything even close to that amount. So, I downloaded the azure usage details and matched each line’s environmentID with my environments.

Of the 978 individual lines associated with the invoice, 57% (554 lines for $1,577.92) are associated with 13 environment ID’s that I can't find in my tenant.

I'm trying to find out what these 13 environments are, why I'm being charged, and how I can stop being charged for them.

Note: I have an annotated excel document with the details.

PS. Since I have in-depth details, I'm pretty sure we can resolve this fairly quickly if I can just find the right people to ask.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi Daniel,

Please create a new billing support request using my instructions below. It can be confusing to get a support case created. The key is to not click on any of the recommended solutions.

Use this link to start the process:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_CostManagement/Menu/~/support/openedBy/AzurePortal

Fill out Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, click Next. There will be a delay, then some recommended solutions will be shown. DO NOT CLICK on any of the recommended options shown.

In the upper left corner, click Return to support request

azure support request Return to support request

Click Next to move to Additional details tab, fill out required information, email/phone, etc., click Next, review details and submit case. After submitting you should receive an automated email within a few minutes and a support engineer should contact you within 1 business day.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was useful.

    Thanks.
