We use an App service with an external IP adress.
This IP adress is used by other customers that have lot of Phishing site, so our site/ip is also blocked.
The IP is: 20.50.64.14
It has been blocked by SURBL:
On your IP there is a big collection of phishing domains.
If you are the owner please explain, if not forward this to the owner and let them contact us.

If your App Service's external IP address gets blocked because it's linked to phishing sites,
Secure your domain by getting a static inbound IP address, which might help fix the blocklisting issue.
Use Azure services like Azure Application Gateway or App Service Environment (ASE) to get a dedicated inbound IP address.
Find out why the IP address is blocklisted, maybe due to spam emails or hosting bad content.
Azure support can help check your web app's HTTP logs and deployment history for any suspicious activity.
Use security measures like a Web Application Firewall to protect your app from vulnerabilities.
Deploying your app in a different resource group or location might change the outbound IP addresses and solve the problem.

The problem, as stated by Raymond - SURBL, is that on the same IP as we got our Webapp there is a lot of other websites that are not secure. This is the reason to the Phishing clasification on our site.
Our site has no issues.
So I think this is a MS problem to 100%

Once your application is using a dedicated IP address, you can request SURBL to remove your new IP from their blacklist,

Visit the SURBL Removal Request page. Provide the necessary details, including your dedicated IP address and evidence that your application is not involved in malicious activities. Ensure all security measures are in place to avoid future issues.
