My Startup Founder Hub application has been denied, which is currently stuck at the "Verify your domain" step. I've submitted multiple documents demonstrating ownership from our domain provider and confirmed our email address, founder hub profile email, domain name matches between founders hub and our submission documents and our website clearly shows our company name, address and contact information and it all matches on case and text? Unfortunatly, it has still failed to be verified? I am unable to determine why our "domain verification" keeps failing? Now I'm only left with 1 appeal. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ryan Christensen,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We apologies for the delayed response.

To renew your verification, start by re-verifying your domain. Visit the Home page of the Founders Hub and select "Re-verify Domain", then upload the required documentation, such as a domain purchase invoice, registry confirmation record, or a website displaying your organization’s name, address, contact information, and domain. Ensure that all supporting documents are dated within the last 12 months and that the startup name and address in your documentation match the details in your Founders Hub profile. If you encounter any issues during the renewal process, you can submit a support request by signing in to the Founders Hub Portal, clicking the "?" icon in the top-right corner, and selecting "Submit a Support Ticket." Be sure to include relevant documents or screenshots of any errors to assist with the resolution.

However, if you encounter any issues related to your account, the support team will be happy to assist you.

Please open a support ticket with the Founders Hub support team by following these steps: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup?drawer_open=true please click on "Support" on this page to submit support ticket.

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
