Hi we got an error .msi file is missing while installing a security update on SQL 2016 SP3 , Just wanted to know if we can use FixMissingMSI tool to fix this issue.Just wanted to check if this is recommended by Microsoft

As we are downloading the setup file from https://github.com/suyouquan/SQLSetupTools
just wanted to double sure if this setup file run is reccommended by Microsoft , as we are encountering this in prod
