Copilot DPA

Hello,

Can someone tell me where I can find specific regulations regarding Copilot in Microsoft’s DPA or AVV? Is there such a document? Thank you.
We would like to roll out Copilot in our organization. Our data privacy service provider told me that the current Microsoft DPA doesn´t cover Copilot and it is therefore difficult to define a clear legal basis for data protection for the use of Copilot.
I guess that we need to conduct a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) in order to use Copilot.
