Xamarin Projects not loading after upgrading VS 2022 to version 17.12.4

After upgrading VS 2022 to version 17.12.4, I noticed that multiple of my existing Xamarin Forms projects are not loading and VS gets stuck at "Loading project 0 of 3".
.NET MAUI Projects loading normally.

2025-02-12T00:58:19.31+00:00 Hello Pierre, The project reopened normally after few days. I am really not sure how that happened. Try clearing the bin and obj folders and clearing then restoring the nuget cache for your project.
