Hello, my organization just moved to Azure. We are still determining what exactly our infrastructure will look like going forward and basically did a lift and shift. Currently, our users are using VDI pool to work in applications inside a secure environment from their work computers. They use Azure Virtual Desktop Preview to do so. A major problem we are having is most of applications open and running in the VDI show up in blank in the task bar. Please see attached image. It is making work difficult as we are unable to switch back and forth from apps easily.

    Hello @John Newman

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform. Can you please check the behavior with the latest MSRDC version? or Windows App
Also, make sure that those end point devices have access to all required endpoints as documented Required FQDNs and endpoints for Azure Virtual Desktop | Microsoft Learn

Sometimes proxy configuration etc. block proper access.

How did you publish the remote apps via AVD? Is the Icon path correct?

This is an example, you need to adjust it to your needs
