Outlook (office 365) failed to load javascript

Dear experts,

Out of sudden, some of our members runnning into attached client error when using outlook OWA. It's still working fine when using Outlook desktop App.

Any idea what happened and how to sort this out? I tried one machine by forgetting the WIFI, use my own, it worked. but another user tried the same method failed.

Looks like your issue is related to owa, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. In order to better solve your problem, we will add "office-exchange-online-itpro" tag.

Since few weeks ago I've been experiencig the same problem in my PC, out of the blue. It occured first with Chrome. With no action on my behalf it fix itself for a while but happened again. Edge worked for a while but now it has excactly the same failure. I've tried many available "solutions" in Internet, to no avail. No one seems to know what's te cause... and I for what I read, not even Microsoft is capabable to provide guidance.

This is a a serious concern for me.

This seems to be a temporary issue.

Since it has been a while, are you still facing this issue?
If yes, can you find some related incidents in Microsoft 365 admin center>Health>Service health?

I'm getting this same problem now, using Firefox.

It works ok in Chrome, though.
