I believe you are shutdown your PC and then start it.
Try restart your PC and in this case you should see the BIOS screen.
This is due to Fast Startup feature in Windows.

2022-04-12T07:38:58.05+00:00 Hello Helpmepls,
Usually this is related with some settings in the BIOS, for which it would be encouraged to check with a community related with hardware, motherboards, or the manufacturer.
Besides that, from experience I can recommend you to check options such as "Fast Boot" - if enabled will skip the splash screen -, or search for "Show Splash Screen". That would be the direction to recover that screen.
Another option would be video options, or Monitor settings, as some HDMI and Direct Connect devices will not detect the video input until the digital image starts to show from the operating system.

2024-11-12T16:06:21.9833333+00:00 Hello, I hope that the problem has been solved, but if it is not solved, I had the same problem, the BIOS did not load or the system turned on very late, and all the devices connected to the computer turned off and on several times during the turn on. I changed all the parts myself, but the system My computer didn't work and that's when I thought of an electrical problem.
