AADSTS50177: does not exist in tenant Company A and cannot access the application

Hello I work with company A and had my Microsoft Teams installed in my own personal computer. I logged in using my company A's credentials. Now I have moved to Company B. I have uninstall and reinstall, then I logged in using my new credentials of company B. However I am unable to do so. The error message says
