Hi,
Is there any way to get pinned history items at the top of the list ?
I use win+v shortcut for pinned elements only and everytime I need to scroll to the end of the list to get them, it's a little boring...
Usualy pin functionality is there for quick access right ? so why put pinned items at the end of the list ?

Hi. I think this might be useful: first I "pin" an item. Then, instead of just pressing Windows + V, I'm currently pressing Windows + V + End, so I'm redirected to the last item in the history list. As the last item was the one I marked the pin, access to it became faster. I think this solution is even better than the one suggested "clear all" in the comment. For me it works like a charm: Windows + V + End and then also Enter. I dont even have to look to the list.

What you explained is seems like a suggestion for Windows 10 feature.
You may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and share your suggestion and make sure explain your use case too.

Unfortunately, no way to make it now.
The new Windows clipboard is still too new to be customized. It has also not externalized its functional parameters in the registry as yet.
All that is known about it is that it is enabled via:
    Settings > System > Clipboard
    Group Policy (gpedit.msc) in
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > OS Policies > Allow Clipboard History
In the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows by the values AllowClipboardHistory and AllowCroosDeviceClipboard.
That just about sums everything that is known.
Maybe we can customize clipboard history such as move pined items at the top or extend the size of items number(now is 25), but now there is no way to get pinned items on the top of the list. Please understand.
