My games use only one of the xbox one GPU cores

Hello, I apologize for my bad English.

I use the Xbox Live Creators Program, but my games use only one of the xbox one GPU cores.
I have activated directx 12,..
In the console, I chose that this is a game and not an app.
I know that only the first kernel processes 3D, but I cant figure out how the other cores can be used.
Do I need to do something special to be able to use all the cores ?
