Authenticator not linked
Hi,
Can someone please help.
I am unable to access an email account as I keep getting Authenticator pop ups however I have a new mobile device therefore believe this is the reason why the Authenticator on my new device is not popping up with the prompt to enter the code generated from a login attempt.
At the moment I am unable to access my account as I am promoted to enter the authentication number wherever I try to login.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Authenticator app.
Deleting the account and adding back.
Resetting the account.
Still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.
