OneDrive will not load at Start up

Question

After each start I am not offered the OneDrive icon in the system tray. When I try to start from the Start button, the app often stalls and fails...if it starts the icon is still missing. I am unable to sync my laptop to documents in the OneDrive cloud. I have followed on ms help webpage, but I am not offered the solution on my laptop...The following is missing from regit: 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive'...  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/onedrive-won-t-start-0c158fa6-0cd8-4373-98c8-9179e24f10f2?WT.mc_id=365AdminCSH_Smc This problem has been ongoing for a couple of weeks. I clicked 'Microsoft 365 App Publishing' because I could not post without the Select a child tag!!!
