Recurring Meeting Still Appears for Attendees After Cancellation in Outlook

I was the organizer of a recurring meeting in Outlook. A long time ago, I canceled the meeting and removed it from my calendar. However, my attendees still see the recurring meeting in their calendars. Since I was the organizer, is there a way for me to remove these lingering entries from their calendars? But the meeting no longer appears in my calendar. I’d really appreciate any help!

    Please log in to web mail to check if the recurring meeting persists. If it is still not shown, please try to recover it:

    1.Check if it is in the Deleted items folder.

    2.If it is not in the Deleted items folder, click Deleted items folder > click Recover Deleted Items from Server. If the recurring meeting is shown, select it and click Restore Selected Items to recover it.

    If you can find the deleted recurring meeting via the above methods, right-click it > click Move > click Other Folder > select Calendar and click OK.

    Then the recurring meeting will be displayed in your calendar. You can cancel it and it will disappear in other attendees' calendar.

    If you cannot recover the deleted recurring meeting in Deleted Items folder, i'm afraid that the recurring meeting cannot be canceled in your side.
