Several PCs are not appearing in Intune after installing new hard drives and setting up Windows 11.

During setup, the system prompts for a login using a company email address, but attempts to log in with various valid email addresses have been unsuccessful. The "domain join instead" option leads back to the sign-in screen without progress.

A search using the serial numbers in both Intune and Autopilot enrollment yielded no results. The old machine names and user associations are also unknown.

Is there a way to locate these machines and remove them from Intune to regain access?

    @Hector J. Quiles Rivera,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    To clarify the issue, could you please confirm us some information? Did you upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11 via Intune Autopilot? If yes, according to my investigation, sometimes when you redeploy a computer or the hardware changes, you need to recreate the hash, and then it is best to delete the Entra device account at the same time. After that, you also need to redeploy the device hash to Intune. Please check whether the old device record or hash exist Microsoft Entra portal, if yes, please delete it and re-enroll them.

    There are similar situations in the official article, you can refer to it.

    Hope it will help you.
