"Unable to complete due to service connection error" when trying to access Mobility (MDM and WIP) settings

When I try and access Mobility (MDM and WIP), I see the following error:
User's image

I have tried adding the Intune Application but when I come back to this page, I see the same thing. It was working fine until I tried adding a group to the MDM 'Some' setting via the unsupported main.iam.ad.ext.azure.com API.

Is there a way that I can have this reset and is there an official way to automate these MDM settings via Microsoft Graph or similar?

Regards,
Matt

@Matt H Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to try some actions:

1.Please try to use another admin account to sign in and check if it works.

2.Maybe this is a network issue, please try on another network or browser.

3.Based on my check, intune portal has a same page under Devices > Enrollment >Automatic Enrollment. Please try to check if you can add a group.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
