Hello,
My FB account has been hacked and the hacker has added an authenticator app that I do not have access to. Is there anyway you can help? FB does not have any support emails or phone numbers to talk to a real person. I keep getting stuck in a loop of resetting passwords, submitting my ID to facebook just to end up on the screen of asking me for a code from the authenticator app that the hacker set up. Please help. Thanks!
